NICEM were in attendance at the launch of the BME Carers’ Report which was carried out by Dr. Cathal McCabe commissioned by the Regional BME Carers Group. NICEM’s Executive Director Patrick Yu gave a short speech welcoming the launch of a report that better highlights BME carers needs and to give a voice to those who might not otherwise have been given one.
