This translation [] may not be available or may be incomplete.

Since 1 February 2016, landlords across England are required to check the immigration status of adult occupiers of private rental properties. This free toolkit has been created by the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) to inform tenants and advisors about the scheme, how to evidence a right to rent, and how to recognise and safeguard against discrimination.
